Different types of solution, the concentration of solutions, Raoult's law, the vapour pressure of liquid solutions, colligative properties and abnormal molar masses are discussed in NCERT class 12th Chemistry chapter 2. Five-mark questions are asked from the unit'solutions' for the CBSE Board exam. In this chapter, there are a total of 7 sub-topics and 41 questions at the end of the chapter.
In this unit of NCERT Chemistry class 12, there are a total of 8 sub-topics and 30 questions at the end of the chapter. Electrochemical cells, galvanic cells and electrolytic cells, the difference between galvanic and electrolytic cell, Nernst equation, the standard potential of the cell, and Gibbs energy of the cell are the main topics discussed in the chapter.
Chemical kinetics helps students understand how chemical reactions occur. Chapter 4: Chemical kinetics deals with the rate of reaction( both average and instantaneous). The NCERT class 12th Chemistry chapter 4 also covers topics like factors affecting the rate of reaction, the integrated rate equations, the temperature dependence on the rate of reaction, etc.
Surface chemistry deals with the phenomena that occur at interfaces or surfaces. This chapter carries 4 marks in the CBSE Board exams. This chapter starts with the IUPAC nomenclature of alcohols, phenols, and ethers. In this chapter for class 11, we will study the chemistry of three classes of compounds which are alcohols, phenols and ethers, and also discuss the reaction for the preparation of alcohols, phenols and ethers. There are a total of 6 sub-topics and 33 questions in the exercise.
It is an important chapter for the class 12 students because this chapter holds a good part of marks in the CBSE board exam. In this chapter, we will study the organic compounds containing carbon-oxygen double bonds (>C=O) called carbonyl group. Carbonyl group (>C=O) is one of the most important functional groups in organic chemistry.
This unit deals with organic compounds called amines. In this chapter, there are 10 sub-topics which cover structure, nomenclature and classification of amines, as well as the chemical and physical properties and method of preparation of diazonium salts.

It should display your name, roll number, marks obtained, and any other relevant details in a readable forma.ALSO, the screenshot clearly show it is from the official CBSE results portal.
