Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2025 Class 6

The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya admissions for 2026–27 are being conducted online. The NVS Class 6 admission selection test 2026 will be held in two phases. Navodaya Admission 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria for Class 6

Students must know the NVS eligibility criteria when applying for Class 6 admission. If NVS determines that a student is not eligible for the JNVST admission 2026-27 Class 6, then their application form will be rejected. Below, we have provided the eligibility criteria and conditions required for Navodaya Vidyalaya admission 2026 Class 6.

  • Students can apply for the Jawahar Navodaya Class 6 Admission 2026-27 from their district.
  • Students must be born before May 1, 2014, and after July 31, 2016 (both dates included).
  • To get admission, the candidate has to be a minimum of 10 years old or a maximum of 12 years old. If a candidate cannot fulfil the age requirement, they can not apply for the JNV admission 2026-27.
  • They must complete their Class 5 from a recognised school to apply for the Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 Admission 2026.
  • To get admission to Class 6, they must pass the NVS admission entrance exam 2026. The entrance exam will be held for 2 hours. It will cover arithmetic, language tests, and mental ability test subjects for 100 marks in total.

Navodaya Class 6 Admission Test Syllabus 2026

Students who filled out the Navodaya Class 6 admission form 2026-27 must know that admissions are granted based on their performance in the entrance test. Below, we have provided the NVS Class 6 syllabus 2026 to help them with exam preparation.

  • There will be 3 sections in the question paper- Mental Ability Test (MAT), Arithmetic Test (AT), and Language Test.
  • The topics covered in MAT will include figure matching, analogy, odd man out, embedded figure, and pattern completion, among others.
  • The topics under the Mathematics subject will include LCM/HCF, number and numeric systems, decimals, fractional numbers, etc.
  • A total of 20 questions will be asked in the Language Test Section. The questions will be related to grammar and writing skills.

Navodaya Class 6th Admission Result 2026

My daughter apply in class 6 Jnvst exam this year. Currently I am residing at Vadodara, Gujarat and next year transfer to ahmedabad. Can I get admission/transfer my admission shift from Vadodara to ahmedabad

The nvs official website is not working so how can we check the jnvst class 6 phase-2 result??
