SOF has laid out a few pointers for students which are given below:
NSO Level 1 exam will have 60% questions from the current class syllabus and 40% from the previous class syllabus, example: Class 7 NSO exam will have 60% questions from class 7 syllabus and 40% questions from class 6 syllabus.
Level 2 NSO questions will be from the current class syllabus only of the appearing candidate.
Questions in the ‘Achievers Section’ will be from the current class syllabus of the appearing candidate.

A total of 35 questions will be asked for classes 1 to 4 and 50 questions will be asked for classes 5 to in the level 1 NSO exam.
Logical Reasoning, Science and Achievers Section are the important sections of the NSO exam 2024-25.
The Science Olympiad Foundation will declare the NSO result 4-6 weeks after conducting the NSO exam.
