When and Where to Submit Documents for SAMS Odisha Admission?

• After confirming selection in the Odisha 11th first merit list 2026-27, students should download the SAMS Odisha Intimation Letter from their SAMS login and visit the allotted school during the reporting window.

• Verification is conducted only at the allotted Higher Secondary School (HSS) during the final admission process.

• Students must present original documents for verification, submit photocopies as needed, pay the admission fee, and collect the official admission receipt from the institution.

• Once selected, students must report to their allotted HSS with all the necessary documents and fees. It is essential to adhere to this schedule, as late or incomplete reporting may lead to cancellation of admission. Schools will complete the admission data update and error correction process by the mid of July 2026.
