All applicants for this scholarship must meet certain NMMS eligibility criteria, which are outlined below:
Class- Applicants must be enrolled in Class 8th during the academic year 2025-26.
Marks- These students must have achieved a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade in their Class VII exams. SC/ST students are eligible with a score of 50%.
Family Income: The combined annual income of both parents should not exceed Rs 3.5 lakh.
Not Eligible Schools: Students in NVS, KVS, Sainik schools, and private schools cannot apply for this NMMS scholarship.
