Telangana Board - History, Recognition, Statistics, Exams, Results
Constituted in 2014, the Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, is the state’s governing body responsible for conducting the TS SSC (Class 10) examination annually. Every year, approximately 5 lakh students appear for the Telangana SSC exams. All the latest notifications and announcements are made through the official website, bse.telangana.gov.in.

The TS SSC Board sets curricula, prescribes textbooks (through SCERT), releases TS SSC hall tickets, and conducts the TS SSC exams, which are generally held in March-April annually. The board is headquartered in Hyderabad, and the official languages are Telugu, English and Urdu.
In addition to the TS Class 10 examination, the BSE Telangana Board also conducts several other exams, including D.El.Ed. 1st and 2nd Year, DPSE 1st and 2nd Year, C.L.I. Sc., Technical Certificate Course, Technical TTC, LPT (Telugu, Urdu, Hindi), and Telangana NMMS exam, etc.
BSE Telangana 2026: Administrative Structure
The Telangana Board was constituted in June 2014, following the formation of Telangana state. It was formally restructured in May 2016 to better align with the educational goals and administrative setup of the new state.

Directorate of Government Education, Telangana conducts the TS SSC exam for Class 10th students, every year. The exams of Telangana 10th board 2022 will be organized in the month of March at respective exam centres. Telangana Board of Secondary Education will issue the 10th board exam time table 2022 Telangana in January 2022. TS SSC time table 2022 will be released on the official website, www.bse.telangana.gov.in. The dates are not yet declared for the exams and there is no news regarding the postponement of the exam as for now. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.
