Students from respective classes available on the official website at cbse.gov.in filled out the CBSE Class 10th and 12th private candidate forms for 2025. The category-wise instructions to fill out the application form for CBSE private candidate form 2025 have been described below. Students must follow the instructions mentioned to successfully complete the application form.

Category 1 - Fail/ Repeat/ Compartment/ Improvement

  • For those who took the board exams in 2024, the system will automatically produce their name, father's or guardian's name, mother's name, etc.
  • Candidates of the 2023 examination (or before) will need to fill in the details on the online application form.
  • Provide only relevant details such as roll number, school number, and centre number.

Category 2 - Fresh Female/ Physically Handicapped

  • Select subjects based on the drop-down menu only.
  • For subjects having an internal assessment component, marks obtained in theory will be calculated out of 100. The marks will be added in theory marks.

Category 3 - Additional Subjects

  • Anyone subject which was not taken earlier.
  • Marks obtained in theory will be calculated out of 100 for subjects that have an internal evaluation component. The marks will be added in theory marks.

Examine Notification: Examine the comprehensive notification on the scholarship examination.
Sign up to Take the Test: Finish the app's registration process.
