HPBOSE 10th Exam Pattern 2025-26 Released: Marking Scheme & Subject-Wise Weightage
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has released the HP Board exam pattern for the Class 10th board exams for the academic year 2025-26. Students must appear for 7 subjects, including 5 compulsory subjects and 2 elective subjects. The HP Board exam pattern will remain the same as in the previous year. Students must study five compulsory subjects: English, Mathematics, Hindi, Social Science, and Science. Also, they need to choose two elective subjects from the following options: Computer Science, Home Science, Punjabi, Urdu, or Sanskrit. Each subject carries a total of 100 marks, which is divided between theory and practical/project-based assessment.
