    The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) organises the annual JAC 10th board examination 2026. Students enrolled in Class 10 at schools affiliated with the JAC board are eligible to take the JAC matric exams in 2026.     • The Jharkhand Academic Council released the JAC 10th timetable 2026 on its official website on November 25, 2025.
    • The JAC 10th practical exam 2026 will be conducted from February 24 to March 7, 2026. The theory exams are being held from February 3 to 17, 2026.

    JAC 10th Jharkhand Academic Council 10th Examination (session 2026)

    Students applying for the JAC 10th board exams 2026 must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same. The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) rejects the applications of ineligible candidates. Therefore, check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying.

    JAC 10th eligibility criteria include a minimum education qualification, age limit and more. Check the Jharkhand 10th eligibility norms below:

    • Students must have enrolled in a school affiliated with the Jharkhand Academic Council.
    • According to the JAC 10th eligibility criteria, students must have passed 9th grade without any backlog or compartment. 
    • Students must have filled out the application form for the JAC class 10th exam through their respective schools.

    Below are the JAC 10th board application details:

    • The only mode available to apply for the JAC 10th exams is through the respective schools. School Authorities will verify the students' eligibility and apply to the Board before the last date.
    • The Jharkhand board 10th application should be filled out properly, including all required details. 
    • Along with the JAC 10th forms, students should attach the required documents such as the Caste certificate, PWD certificate, etc, wherever applicable.
    • The application dates were extended by the JAC board. Students were able to fill out their application forms without a late fee till December 17, 2025. With a late fee, students were able to register from December 18 to 19, 2025.
    • The correction dates for Class 10 students was announced and done from December 28, 2025, to January 2, 2026.

                                                                                                  Make a Schedule- Organizing things helps in improving productivity. Hence, students should create a study schedule and strictly adhere to it. 

                                                                                                  Cover the JAC 10th Syllabus- Carefully go through the syllabus and prioritise the sections and subject. Make sure you complete the entire syllabus at least one or two months before the JAC 10th exam.

                                                                                                  • English- Pay attention to your grammar while writing the exam. Learn the formats of different reports, letters, applications etc. in your syllabus.
                                                                                                  • Hindi: Hindi literature is fairly easy, like English, the problem comes in the Hindi grammar section. Learn the definitions and examples properly and try to give as many examples as possible. Pay attention to the vowel signs.
                                                                                                  • Mathematics:  In the JAC 10th board exam, Mathematics can be dreadful if you have not practised it enough. To win over this and to make it pleasant, practice problems of every concept you learn. Mug up the formulas and try to increase your speed in solving problems.
