About Mizoram Board 10th 2026
The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) was established by the Government of Mizoram in 1975. The board is headquartered in Aizawl, Mizoram. MBSE regulates, supervises, and controls all activities related to secondary school education in the state. Approximately 40,000 students take the Mizoram Board Class 10 examinations each year. After passing Class 10, students must choose a stream such as Arts, Commerce, or Science, based on their interests.

The Mizoram Board conducts the MBSE HSLC exams 2026 for secondary-level students.
The Mizoram Board of School Education announced the MBSE HSLC 2026 exam routine on October 17, 2025.
The official exam date sheet PDF is available on the website- mbse.edu.in.
The Mizoram HSLC practical exams will be held on February 11, 2026, while the theory exams will be conducted from February 19, 2026, to March 16, 2026.
Students are advised to begin their preparation well in advance by thoroughly going through the MBSE HSLC syllabus 2025-26. It is essential to cover all topics early to ensure sufficient time for revision.
The MBSE HSLC theory exams will be conducted in offline mode with a duration of 3 hours for each paper.
To qualify for the examination, students will need to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject.
To enhance their preparation, students are strongly recommended to refer to the MBSE HSLC question papers and model papers for practice and a better understanding of the exam pattern.

Mizoram Board 10th Important Dates
Mizoram Board 10th Mizoram Board 10th Examination (session 2026)
Students must clear Class 9th.
They should be currently studying in Class 10 under the MBSE or any other recognised board.
They must be properly registered for the 2026 HSLC exams through a school or institution affiliated with MBSE.
Students appearing for the MBSE Class 10 (HSLC) exams 2026 must apply through their respective schools affiliated with the board.
Application forms will be made available on October 21, 2025, for online submission at mbseonline.com.
The MBSE HSLC application form 2026 must be submitted in both soft and hard copy formats to MBSE by the school.
The hard copies of the application forms will be made available from October 27, 2025, in the respective district offices.
The last date to fill the application form for MBSE HSLC is November 25, 2025, without late fees, and with a late fee, students can submit their form till November 30, 2025.
Along with the form, students are required to pay the examination fee and any applicable practical or permission fees.
Applications submitted after the deadline incur a late fee. MBSE does not accept individual applications directly from students. Once the board approves the application, admit cards are issued, allowing students to appear for the MBSE 2026 HSLC examinations.

The Board usually releases the MBSE HSLC admit card 15 days prior to the commencement of the Mizoram Board 10th exams. The admit cards will be released in both offline and online modes. Students can either download it from the official website or collect it from the school in person. Students must note that it is mandatory to carry the MBSE Class 10 admit card 2026, as no student will be allowed to sit for the exam without it.
