    The Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions (APREI) Society will hold counselling session for students shortlisted based on merit in the APRJC CET exam. Candidates will be able to download their call letter from the official website, aprs.apcfss.in. They can download call letter using their candidate ID and date of birth. The APRJC Counselling 2026 will be conducted in two to four phases, beginning with the first round in May 2026, followed by Phase 2 in June 2026. The Phase III and Phase IV rounds will be held if seats remain vacant. Candidates have to appear for the counselling round with the call letter and official documents.

    APRJC CET 2026 Counselling: Selection Criteria and Reservations

    The APREIS conducts the APRJC counselling 2026 as per its defined selection criteria. Candidates are considered on the basis of special categories, applicable reservations, and the order of preference within their respective category. Below is an overview of the parameters used for selection in the APRJC Counselling 2026:

    Student Category

    Selection Criteria

    General category

    Students selected based on merit in the APRJC common entrance examination shall submit the necessary documents.

    PHC Category

    • Students must submit the SADAREM certificate of 40% disability.

    • The District Medical Board will issue the certificate.

    Sports Category

    • Candidates must submit district and above-level participation certificates.

    • Certificates must have been issued by the competent authority.

    CAP (Children of Armed Personnel) Category

    • Students are required to submit their parent certificate stating that he/she is an ex-service person or currently serving in the defence service.

    • The certificate must be issued by the District Sainik Board.

    • Note: NCC candidates are not eligible under the CAP category.

    Orphan Category

    Candidates shall submit the MRO-issued certificate stating that the student has no parents.

    OC Category

    If no eligible candidates are available under the special category, the seats will be allotted to the OC Category.

    Important Pointers for APRJC CET Counselling 2026

    Students who want to take admission in the APR Residential institutions for intermediate courses must check out the important guidelines mentioned below for the APRJC CET 2026 counselling.

    • The APREIS will inform the shortlisted candidates for admission counselling through SMS, website, and a press note to attend the counselling.

    • Candidates must attend the APRJC counselling on the specified dates and venue.

    • The institution will not send any postal call letters.

    • The APRJC 2026 counselling will be conducted duly calling at least 1:5 shortlisted students.

    • The APRJC CET counselling for the Andhra and Rayalaseema regions will be held separately.

    • The selected students at the APRJC CET admission counselling shall join the concerned college immediately by following the prescribed policies. They must produce all necessary original certificates.

    • If the selected student fails to join the college, the selection will be rejected.

    • The APRJC selection list will be released for meritorious students based on the seat availability for the further counselling phase.

    • If the seats are available even after the APRJC CET counselling, the college will have open admissions for meritorious students on a first-come, first-served basis.
