Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, Patna, will release the Bihar Madrasa board exam dates for the Wastania, Fauquania, and Moulvi exams in January 2026. The BSMEB will conduct examinations for Wastania (Class 8), Fauquania (Class 10), and Moulvi (Class 12) in January/February 2026. The Bihar Wastania, Fauquania, and Moulvi exams will be held in two shifts, 8:45 am to 12 pm and 1:45 pm to 5 pm.

Foukaniya and Maulvi candidates are given a 15-minute reading period, starting at 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM, respectively, in both morning and afternoon sessions, to familiarise themselves with the question paper. Bihar Madrasa Practical Exam Dates
BSMEB practical exams are conducted after the theory exams. Science practical examinations for 20 marks will be conducted for Foukania students in February 2026, at their respective madrasas. Maulvi students will have practical examinations in Maulvi Arts, Home Science (for girls only), Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, each worth 30 marks, in February 2026. These examinations will be held at the students' respective madrasas.
