- If any student's information is not entered in the list of provisional admit cards or if there are corrections in medium, subject correction, or composition corrections in SATS, appropriate documents are to be submitted directly to the concerned District Branch Officers of the Mandal.
- In case of any discrepancy in the student's photograph, the principal is allowed to upload the student's photograph again through the 'UPDATE OPTION' in the college login.
- To delete the name of any student from the list of students whose draft admit card has been received, the principal should enter the appropriate reason (SHORTAGE OF ATTENDANCE, FEES NOT PAID, NOT ADMITTED, TC ISSUED, DISCONTINUED, DEATH, etc.) through the REMOVE OPTION in the college login.
- A student's information cannot be added again after it has been deleted, so the principal should check before deleting it.
Note: All the online processes mentioned above shall be performed by the Principal of the college personally in his/her login. In case of any discrepancies in the information mentioned, the principal of the college will be directly responsible for further action.
