The RMS CET admit card was released on December 1, 2025, at the official website of Rashtriya Military School. The CET exam was held on December 7, 2025.
The medium of the CET question paper is both Hindi and English. The RMS CET application form was made available on the official website at rashtriyamilitaryschools.edu.in.
The RMS CET application process is conducted in online mode. Eligible students were able to apply from September 10 to October 9, 2025. The dates were announced on the official website. Students could make changes in exam location preference from October 10 to 14, 2025.
Children aged 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2026, are eligible for admission to Class 6. Those aged 13 to 15 years as of March 31, 2026, may apply for admission to Class 9.
Candidates who will clear the written CET 2026 will be shortlisted and called for an interview round. As per the norms and rules of Rashtriya Military Schools, all the candidates will be required to go through a medical fitness exam before final admission into RMS. RMS announced the results of the RMS Common Entrance Test (CET) on February 9, 2026.

RMS CET eligibility for Class 6 and 9:
Class 6: Candidates must be aged 10-12 as of March 31, 2026 (born between April 1, 2013, and March 31, 2015). Children of KIA personnel (Killed-in-Action) may get a six-month age relaxation. Candidates must have passed or be currently enrolled in Class 5.
Class 9: Candidates must be aged 13-15 as of March 31, 2026 (born between April 1, 2010, and March 31, 2012). Children of KIA personnel may receive a six-month age relaxation. Candidates must have passed or be currently enrolled in Class 8.
