About UIEO 2024
Unified Council organizes Unified International English Olympiad (UIEO) annually to assess the abilities of candidates in the English language.
- Students in class 1 to 10, enrolled in a school affiliated to a board recognised by the Unified Council are eligible to appear in this UIEO 2024 exam.
- To register for UIEO, students are supposed to fill the application form through their schools. The last date to fill the UIEO application form 2024 is intimated through schools.
- UIEO 2024 exam dates for offline mode and online mode for Direct students will be announced soon.
- The UIEO answer key for the offline exam will be released after the exam. Students will be able to check the same by clicking on the link provided.
- UIEO result 2024 will be released in January 2025, tentatively.
- Students need to enter their registered mobile number, hall ticket number and email ID to check the UIEO result 2024.
- UIEO 2024 exam syllabus is class-specific and is divided into three parts:
- Vocabulary and functional grammar
- Reading comprehension
- Interactive English
- The questions will be multiple-choice, objective-based which are supposed to be solved in a duration of 60 minutes.

The result of Unified International English Olympiad will be released in January 2025, tentatively, in the online mode. UIEO 2024 result consists of a certificate and a student's performance report. UIEO 2024 awards are listed below:

The eligibility criteria for UIEO 2024 are the minimum requirements, a student must meet in order to be eligible for appearing in the exam. The eligibility criteria for Unified International English Olympiad are given below:
1) The candidate must be enrolled in a school affiliated with a board that is recognized by the Unified Council.
2) The student must be studying in class 1 to 10. Students below class 1 and above class 10 are not eligible for UIEO 2024.
3) The student must have submitted an application and fees for the UIEO 2024.
- To apply for the Unified International English Olympiad, the student has to ask school authorities for the application form.
- The student cannot apply for UIEO 2024 individually.
- Application forms will be given out by school authorities and they have to submit the form with complete information and the fees to the Principal, Vice Principal or Teacher In-charge.
- The application fee for the exam is Rs. 150.
- The last date to apply for the UIEO exam is intimated through school.

The syllabus for UIEO 2024 is completely based on the CBSE/ICSE and various state boards. UIEO 2024 is divided into three parts viz., vocabulary and functional grammar, reading comprehension and interactive English. The paper is different for Class 1 to 4 and 5 to 10.

b) Know the syllabus: Unified Council says that syllabus is class-specific, that means you only have to stick to class textbooks and pay attention to grammar. c) Try to understand the standard of questions: It is very important to know what kind of questions you will be tackling in the exam. To figure out what you are actually up against, download some sample papers and go through them.
d) Practice sample papers: Questions in UIEO 2024 are technical and different. These questions are meant to test your mental abilities, not scholastic abilities. To prepare for the competition, you need to practice from sample question papers.
e) Time management: UIEO 2024 gives you a limited amount of time to answer an assortment of questions. You need to be prepared to answer these questions in that limited time so that none of the questions are left.
- Admit card is important as a candidate is not allowed to sit for UIEO 2024 if they do not produce the admit card at time of the exam.

- Unified Council releases the UIEO answer key 2024 in online mode after the conduction of exam.
- This will help the students in calculating their approximate result.
- The answer key of UIEO consists of all the correct answers to the questions for all the sections of the exam - Vocabulary and Functional Grammar, Reading Comprehension and Interactive English.
- Answer key is made available for all the classes, viz., classes 1 - 10. Students can access the UIEO answer key on the official website.

UIEO question papers are more class-specific than syllabus-specific. Please refer the syllabus provided. Unified International English Olympiad question papers are suitable for students following CBSE/ICSE/ISC and various other State Board syllabus.
