CGSOS 12th Exam 2025: Result (Out), Marksheet, Merit List

Students must have passed the Class 11 exam or failed Class 12 after a gap of 1 year post-Class 10 from a recognised board.

The minimum age for admission is 14 years as of January 1 of the examination session.

Students who have failed Class 12 exams from other recognized boards can transfer marks of up to two passed subjects, provided these subjects are part of the CGSOS syllabus.

After passing Class 10, students can take up to four subjects in the next Class 12 exam without a gap. Eligibility for the fifth subject requires a one-year gap.

Exams are conducted in Hindi or English medium, catering to diverse linguistic needs.

The CGSOS application process is conducted in online mode. 

The August-September session applications will be held in June 2026. 

Students have to fill out the CGSOS application form to appear in the Class 12 exams.

The requisite application fee must also be paid. Students can access the application form from the official website, sos.cg.nic.in.

Go through the CGSOS syllabus thoroughly to know which topics to focus on for each subject. This will help students prioritise studies effectively.

Organise and plan a strategic study schedule, allocating time for each subject based on its difficulty level and your familiarity with it.

Solve previous years’ CGSOS question papers to understand the exam pattern, and types of questions, and to improve your time management skills.

Identify subjects or topics that you find challenging and dedicate extra time to mastering them.

Set aside time for regular revision to ensure you retain important concepts and are well-prepared for the exams.

Make use of CGSOS-provided study materials, reference books, and online resources to clarify doubts and strengthen your understanding of key topics.

The board will release the CGSOS 12th admit card for the March session in March 2026.

The CGSOS Class 12 admit card for 2026 will be available to download on the official website, sos.cg.nic.in. 

Students can access their CGSOS Class 12 admit cards by entering their name, roll number and father’s name.

The CGSOS 12th admit card is an essential document that must be carried to the examination centre on each exam day.

The CG open school inter-exam admit card contains details like the student’s name, exam centre, exam schedule, and subject details.

Students must read and follow the instructions given on the CG Open school admit card and carry a valid photo ID on exam day.

The CGSOS 12th result for the March/April 2026 session will be announced in May 2026.

Students will be able to access their online CG open school result scorecards from sos.cg.nic.in.

Students need to enter their roll number and do the captcha verification to access their online marksheet.
