About HPBOSE 12th 2025

HP Board 12th Exam 2025- The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) conducts Class 12 exams every year. The board is responsible for releasing date sheet, admit cards, results and other things for Class 12 students. 

  • The HP Board 12th exams 2025 will be conducted in March 2025.
  • The HPBOSE 12th result 2025 will be announced in April 2025.
  • Students must go through the HPBOSE 12th syllabus 2025 to know the question paper design and complete the curriculum.
  • Students can solve the previous years' HPBOSE 12th model papers 2025 to know the exam pattern, important topics, and types of questions asked.

According to the HPBOSE Class 12 exam pattern, the examination was conducted for regular, private and state open school in two sessions- morning and afternoon. In the morning session, the exam was conducted from 8:45 am to 12 pm for the regular students. While the exam in the afternoon session was started from 1:45 to 5 pm for open school candidates. The maximum marks of the exam for each subject was 100.

                                                      Himachal Pradesh's secondary stage examinations for the 2021-22 class of Class 9 and 12 will be held in two terms on the basis of a 50:50 syllabus in November 2021 and March 2022, in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP)-2020 and the National Education Policy (NEP-2020).

                                                      "Under NEP 2020, secondary stage examinations for the 2021-22 batch of class 9th to 12th will be conducted in two terms on the basis of a 50:50 syllabus in November 2021 and March 2022, respectively," the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education stated in a notification.

                                                      There will also be a 30 percent reduction in the course fee as compared to the previous academic session 2020-21, according to the announcement.
