Telangana State Residential Junior Colleges Common Entrance Test (TSRJC CET) is conducted annually for admissions into residential junior colleges across Telangana. How to Check the TSRJC CET Result 2026?

To check the TGRJC CET results once they are announced, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official TSRJC CET website at tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in.
  2. Click on the "Online Results" link available on the homepage.
  3. Enter the TSRJC Telangana hall ticket number and other required details.
  4. Submit the information to view your Telangana TGRJC result 2026.

Daily Routine of Telangana Residential College

The Telangana Residential Educational Institutions (TREI) Society manages 35 Telangana Residential Junior Colleges, including 15 for boys and 20 for girls, under the School Education Department of the Government of Telangana.

The daily schedule begins with physical exercises at 5:30 AM and continues with academic activities until 9:00 PM. In addition to academics, equal emphasis is placed on sports, games, and other co-curricular activities to ensure the holistic development of students.

All TGR Junior Colleges operate in a fully residential mode, providing a structured and supportive learning environment. Each student receives individual attention, and a Loco Parent system is in place, wherein lecturers are appointed as loco parents to mentor and guide students personally.

Selection Criteria After TSRJC Result

Below, we have provided the category-wise selection criteria after the TGRJC CET result. Students should consider the following conditions along with the TSRJC Telangana CET result 2026:

  1. Merit-Based Selection: Selection of students is based on:

    • Performance in the Common Entrance Examination

    • Reservation criteria

    • Special categories

    • Local area considerations

  2. Special Category Seats: Seats in MPC, BPC, and MEC streams under special categories (Children of Armed Personnel, PHC, and Sports) will be allocated based on a common merit list within the Open Category.

  3. PHC Category:

    • Seats are allotted based on entrance test performance among PHC candidates.

    • A minimum of 40% disability is required for eligibility.

  4. Sports Category:

    • Allotment is based on merit in the entrance test among candidates with recognised sports credentials (International, National, State level, or SGF certificates).

  5. CAP (Children of Armed Personnel):

    • The candidate's parent must be an ex-serviceman or currently serving in the armed forces.

    • Selection is based on entrance test merit.

    • NCC candidates are not eligible under this category.

  6. Orphan Category:

    • Seats will be allotted based on the entrance test merit among orphan candidates.

Tie-Breaking Criteria After TSRJC Result 2026

In the event of a tie (i.e., candidates securing the same marks in the entrance test), the following criteria will be applied in order:

a) Higher marks in subject-specific areas:

  • MPC: Mathematics

  • BPC: Biological Science

  • MEC: Social Studies

b) If still tied:

  • MPC: Physical Science

  • BPC: Physical Science

  • MEC: Mathematics

c) If the tie persists, the candidate with the higher age will be given preference.

d) If still unresolved, preference will be given based on community category in the following order: ST > SC > BC-A > BC-B > BC-C > BC-D > BC-E > OC

e) If the tie still remains, higher age will again be considered as the final tie-breaker.
